Restorative yoga is all about calming the body in passive stretches with no effort. Your body will be supported by props and made warm and cosy with blankets and weighted pillows.
As a massage therapist, I will adjust and massage your body using aromatherapy at your desired pressure. Massage stimulates the blood flow, increases feel good hormones and has many health benefits.
The class will finish with a glass of bubbly and some fresh fruit. A perfect evening to take time out from the London hustle.
